Magendie diversity equity and inclusion (DEI)

On International Women's Rights Day, Wednesday 8 March, we are officially launching the Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DEI) unit at our institute.

The objectives of this unit are :
- to collect and disseminate data on diversity within the various professions at our institute
- to highlight the diversity and women of our institute
- to act as a discussion and listening group for the implementation of solutions to maintain or improve diversity, equality and inclusion within our institute
- to liaise with the gender equality units in our department (Neurocampus) and our university (RESET), as well as with the ALBA network.

If you are interested in these tasks, we are looking for volunteers to implement this project, including:
- a team ITA
- a platform ITA
- a post-doc
- a doctoral student
- a researcher / MCU

We hope that this team will be made up of members reflecting the diversity of our institute. So please don't hesitate to contact us, even if you don't yet have any experience of DEI activities (contact: dei.u1215@inserm.fr).
