The IsoCell (Tissue and Cell Isolation) platform is divided into three departments:
Laser microdissection
MACS (Magnetic- Activated Cell Sorting)
Histology
The aim of these services is to isolate, from a tissue or cell culture, a tissue region or cells using the laser microdissection or MACS technique. Samples isolated in this way can then be processed in PUMA's other departments for biomolecule analysis.
